Our 2026-2027 communications suite marks a significant shift away from the more heroic tone used in firefighter recruitment. Why? Even though we may be called on to do courageous things, we don't think of ourselves as heroes.
Whether connecting to a high school student or an empty nester, you have different pools of potential volunteers. Communications should meet people where they're at in life in a way that grabs their eyeballs and sparks their interest.
Communications are available through a one-year license. Posters and cards can be produced by NextGen, delivered as artwork for your local printers, or in a downloadable format for office printers.
2026-2027 campaign posters grab eyeballs and prompt people to imagine for themselves the social rewards of becoming a part of a fire company.
11"X17" posters are produced by NextGen on silk finish 80 pound heavy stock or in downloadable 8/12" X 12" format for office printers.
POSTCARDS DELIVERED EVERYWHERE
There are six oversized 5" X 7" postcards to select from for your campaign. On the front, headlines range from humorous to emotional. On the back, action-oriented copy.
These are workhorses as hand-outs at live events and for distribution at key retail locations, churches, dance schools, etc. They also tuck nicely under windshield wipers.
Cards are customized with your firehouse logo on the front and firehouse name, URL, and custom QR code on the back. Cards are 110# heavy stock, silk cover finish.
"UNPAID SINCE" T-SHIRTS
It's astonishing how many residents in our communities don't know we're all-volunteer.
These T's replace ESTABLISHED with UNPAID. They're moving billboards that start conversations on line at the grocery store or with someone standing behind you ordering at a bar.
Short and long T's are available in red, blue and black, customized with your company patch on the front and department name and year "UNPAID SINCE" on back.
